Where do you ship to?
I currently ship to UK, Ireland, Europe, United States and Australia. If you’re located elsewhere and interested in ordering, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
How long does shipping take?
All items are handmade, so processing times may vary. Most orders are processed within 1-3weeks. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, whenever available. I use the Royal Mail tracked 24/48 hour services in the UK and International Tracked for all other orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped once they are completed and packaged with care. I work at a pace that prioritises health, so thank you for your patience and understanding.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your order has been shipped, delays are unfortunately out of my control. If you have concerns, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help. Please be aware although international orders anticipate being delivered in around 1 working week, they can take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos if possible, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handmade and medical-related comfort items, returns or exchanges may be limited. Please review the shop’s return policy or contact me with questions before purchasing.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
If multiple orders are placed close together, feel free to message me and I’ll do my best to combine them when possible.
